He was lucky enough to attend the FA Football Futures Camp ran by the FA and the National Game Youth Council, being held at St Georges Park over a 4 day residential.

He was selected as one of two young leaders from Derbyshire FA and then met up with the similar young leaders from every county across England.

They had workshops delivered based around areas such as personal leadership philosophies and beautiful questioning.

With presentations from people such as Sam Allardyce, Martin Glen, Baroness Sue Campbell and Mark Sampson as well as sharing the hotel with Barcelona FC!!

Sam is very grateful to have been able to take part in such a great opportunity and he is really looking forward to implementing everything he has learnt back into Derbyshire and MUFC.
